Orders placed at Topbuzza are 100% direct and discreet! Guaranteed! All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging! With no indication as to the contents whatsoever, so don't panic!

Same Day Despatch
All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 3pm will be shipped that day, guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of these working hours it will be shipped first thing the next working day.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched that same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods within 2 weeks but realistically this is much quicker. If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Mainland UK Delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - £3.99 (£2.49 for orders less than £12)
Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us in the unlikely event your order has not arrived.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service - £8.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day orders are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day (Monday - Friday), provided we receive your order before 3pm. (U.K. orders only - excluding public holidays)

European Orders - £9.99
European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

We are able to ship orders to the following European destinations. If your country is not listed here, please contact us to find out alternate delivery options (and charges) for your destination.

Alternative Delivery Address
If you don't think you will be in when delivery is made or you would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address i.e. work, simply enter an alternative 'Shipping' address when asked during checkout, but keeping your billing details the same as to what your card is registered to.

Free Delivery
Orders exceeding £50 receive: Free Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (RRP: £3.99) and 1 x free gift.
Orders exceeding £100 receive: Free Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (RRP: £3.99) and 2 x free gifts.

Order Tracking
We provide tracking codes for all orders we dispatch, please contact us if you require a tracking code.

Order Not Delivered
You will need to sign for your package once delivery is made. However, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact your local Royal Mail depot. As 90% of the time your package is kept at your local depot and will remain there for the 2 weeks until a redelivery is arranged or a pickup is made. After which your package will be returned to us, and will be subject to redelivery charges.
